Clare Findlay Therapy: Creating a Safe Space for Personal Growth
Where to begin?
I'm a lifelong learner, always eager to discover new things. Outside of the therapy room, I keep busy with my husband, three children, and our bouncy dog.
When it comes to hobbies, I'm a bit of a contradiction! I find joy in both the tranquility of nature and the vibrancy of city life. I'm an avid gardener, happiest when I'm barefoot in my greenhouse. At the same time, I love the energy of a bustling city and enjoy people-watching. I also cherish quiet moments by the beach, watching my dog chase the waves.
I attend my own personal therapy regularly. It's a valuable space for me to process my own experiences and gain a deeper understanding of myself, particularly in navigating relationships.
I believe in the importance of finding moments of peace in daily life and cultivating a natural flow. I found myself drawn to this type of work, recognising a natural alignment with my values. I love that therapy allows for organic change, not just a checklist of tasks. Much like plants, personal growth requires the right conditions - nurturing, patience, and an understanding that change unfolds naturally. I see my role as supporting clients in their exploration of their own inner resources, accompanying them on their path back to change.
